Just say NO to Beach Body Workouts!

First let me explain what a Beach Body workout is: ladies= 1 hour of elliptical/arc trainer and abs (you KNOW you do this ladies!) Guys= bicep curls, chest presses, abs (you know for the buff arms and six-pack)
